AP Calculus AB and the shared BC core — adaptive practice from limits to the Fundamental Theorem, with the reasoning shown every time.
AP Calculus AB (and the substantial core it shares with BC) spans limits and continuity, differentiation and its applications, integration and accumulation, and basic differential equations — assessed through multiple-choice and free-response sections that reward conceptual understanding as much as computation: interpreting a derivative in context, connecting a function to the graph of its derivative, reasoning about accumulation. The exam is scored 1–5, with college credit typically at 3+.
Keentune’s calculus skill builds exactly that blend: computational fluency (the rules, applied cleanly, with the classic errors as distractors) and conceptual judgment (what the sign of f″ means, when the Mean Value Theorem applies, what an integral of a rate represents). The algebra and geometry skills underneath catch the prerequisite gaps that actually cause most calculus mistakes. Every explanation walks the reasoning and names the trap — the forgotten chain rule, the sign slip, the derivative-vs-value confusion. Limits & continuity
Limit evaluation, one-sided limits, continuity, and asymptotic behavior.
Practice aligned to the published AP Calculus course framework. Keentune is independent study practice — not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board (AP is its registered trademark), not official AP material, and no exam score is guaranteed. BC-only topics (series, parametrics/polar, advanced integration techniques) are not yet covered.
The AB curriculum, which is also the majority of BC (BC adds series, parametric/polar, and further integration techniques — not yet in the bank; the coverage note above is kept honest about that). BC students can use this for the shared core and should supplement the BC-only units elsewhere.
What decides AP Calculus scores in practice?
Two things: prerequisite algebra (most “calculus” errors are algebra slips under pressure) and conceptual items (interpreting derivatives and integrals in context, connecting f, f′, and f″). Drill both here — the adaptive engine will find which one is costing you.
Does this include free-response practice?
The underlying skills, not the FRQ format — free-response questions are graded on shown work and justification, which needs the College Board’s released FRQs and scoring guidelines (they’re public and excellent). Build the fluency here; rehearse the format there.
