About Trivia Climb
Trivia Climb is a ladder of trivia questions. Each rung is one question, a little harder than the one below it, drawn from general knowledge, history, geography, science, mythology, religion and the arts. You carry one extra life: miss once and a new question appears on the same rung; miss twice and the climb ends where you stand.
Two lifelines help on the way up. Halve hides half the options on one question, and never the right one. Swap trades a question for another on the same rung. Each works once per climb.
The Daily is 10 questions, the same for everyone that day, with a clock on each rung and one ranked try, and it is free with both lifelines. Quick Climbs are the rest of the game: a ladder of mixed trivia you can start any time, free a few times a day. Keentune Pro adds unlimited Quick Climbs, Category Climbs on one subject, and the Summit — the harder rungs above the tenth, up to rung 15.
Every answer shows a one-line lesson, so a miss teaches the fact behind it. It runs in a browser and in the Keentune app on iOS and Android, and it is walled off from everything the trainer measures — playing it never moves your skill ratings, your practice streak or your weekly league rank. Every rung you clear earns 3 XP toward your overall Level, and your first Daily of the day 10 more — up to 150 a day across all games.
How to play Trivia Climb
Climb as high as you can: each rung is one trivia question, a little harder than the last.
1. Pick the answer you think is right. Clear the rung and the next, harder question appears.
2. You have one extra life. Miss once and a new question appears on the same rung; miss again and the climb ends where you stand.
3. Halve hides half the options — never the right one — on one question, once per climb.
4. Swap trades the question for another on the same rung, once per climb: on the Daily for everyone, and on Quick Climbs with Pro.
5. The Daily is the same ten questions for everyone, with a clock on each rung — a slow answer counts as a miss. Quick Climbs have no clock.
6. Every answer shows a one-line lesson. The full explanation comes from the same daily allowance of free explanations as practice; Pro has no limit.
Tips for Trivia Climb
Read every option before you pick — the near-miss answers are written to tempt a quick reader.
Say your own answer in your head before you look at the options, then check whether it is there.
Save Halve for a rung where you can already rule out one answer yourself.
Use Swap on a topic you have never met, not on a hard question you can reason through.
A practice climb of three easy rungs: pick an answer, try Halve, and see what your extra life is for.
