By using Keentune (the "Service"), operated by SportaApp LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Keentune.

Keentune is skill practice — a way to find your level and improve at specific skills through adaptive questions. It is not an intelligence or IQ test, and it is not professional, medical, psychological, educational, or career advice. Use it for practice and self-improvement only.

Exam preparation: some skills and practice sets are aligned to public exams and certifications. This is independent study practice. We are not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by any testing organization, certifying body, or exam sponsor, and all exam, test, and product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners, used here for identification only. Our questions are original and written from publicly available content outlines — they are not actual exam questions, and we do not reproduce any exam’s confidential material. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any certification or license, and our practice is not a substitute for the official materials, prerequisites, or study requirements published by the organization that administers the exam.

Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for providing accurate information when you sign up.

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not scrape or use automated means to extract the question bank, reverse engineer the Service, attempt to access other users’ accounts or our systems, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service and its content — including questions, explanations, and design — are owned by SportaApp LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own practice. Do not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product or dataset from it.

Keentune's catalog of skills, exams, questions, and features evolves. We may add, modify, or remove skills, exam prep, questions, or other content or features at any time, without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular skill, exam, question, or feature will remain available.

The core Service is free. We may offer an optional paid subscription ("Keentune Pro") that unlocks additional features. If you subscribe, the following applies.

Billing and renewal: payment is handled by the platform where you subscribe — our payment provider on the web, or the Apple App Store / Google Play in the apps. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Free trials: a subscription may include a free trial. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Canceling: you can cancel at any time — on the web from Settings, or in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings for in-app purchases. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law or by the platform’s own refund policy, payments are non-refundable and we do not give prorated refunds for partial periods.

Price changes: we may change subscription prices. Changes apply no earlier than your next renewal, and we will give you notice before a new price takes effect.

Subscription features and content are part of the Service and remain subject to the "Changes to the Service" section above.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, that every question or answer is correct, or that it will produce any particular result or improvement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportaApp LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose — zero if you have only used the free Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
