Keentune (the "Service") is operated by SportaApp LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: your email address, which you provide to sign in via a magic link or "Continue with Google." If you use Google, we receive your email and basic profile (such as your name) from Google.

Practice activity: the questions you answer, whether your answers were correct, your per-skill ratings, streaks, daily results, favorite skills, and any feedback you submit.

Usage analytics: events such as which screens you view and actions you take, used to understand how the Service is used.

Session recordings: on the web we record a replay of your session — the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, and navigation — so we can diagnose problems and see where the Service confuses people. Text you type into form fields is masked in these recordings. Recordings are used for product improvement and support, never to advertise to you.

Diagnostics: crash and error reports that help us keep the Service reliable.

Technical data collected automatically: device or browser type, IP address (used, among other things, to approximate your region), and similar information.

Payments: the core Service is free. If you purchase an optional paid subscription, payment is handled by a payment processor — Stripe on the web, or Apple / Google for in-app purchases. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers, never your full card details.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

To provide the Service — serving questions at your level and tracking your progress.

To improve the Service through aggregate usage analytics.

To keep the Service reliable and secure, including diagnosing errors and preventing abuse.

To send you the sign-in link you request.

To measure whether our advertising works — for example, that a visit came from an ad and later led to an account being created.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to target advertising to you on other sites.

We rely on vendors that process data on our behalf to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication, hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (sign-in emails), Google (Sign in with Google), PostHog (product analytics and session replay), Google Ads (advertising measurement), and Sentry (error diagnostics). If you purchase a subscription, Stripe (web payments), Apple or Google (in-app purchases), and RevenueCat (subscription management) also process data needed for billing. Each processes data under its own terms and only to provide its service to us.

We use local storage and cookies to keep you signed in, to measure product usage, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising — for example, to know that a visit came from one of our ads and that it led to an account being created. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you or to target ads to you on other sites, and we do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and practice data at any time in Settings → Delete account; this is irreversible. You may also contact us to access or correct your information.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights: California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to correct inaccuracies. Residents of the EEA/UK have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict our use of your information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Keentune is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is operated from the United States. By using it, you understand that your information is processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
